I have forgotten the user and password of my box. Since i have a new mobile phone i reinstalled the apps and had to identify myself. So i selected password forgotten and i am asked to scan the QR code of my owner's card. I do not remember having such a card and anyhow would have lost it. How can i reset my password ?

i found that doing a reset using the rest button, then i could log with Admin Admin
