My name is João Cunha and I'm from Portugal.
In October I buyed a new SmartFriends Box and it was working good until a few days ago. I don't know what happened but the Box is rebooting/restarting automatically every minute. I tried to perform a factory reset with the application and a factory reset with the button under the box but nothing worked.
Can you help me please urgently? I depend this Box for my home appliances.
How can I send it to warranty?
